Biography 1999

In April, he takes part in a joint exhibition held at the “Fondazone Katinca Prini” in Genoa. In Spoleto, on the occasion of the “Festival dei Due Mondi”, the “Logogrifi: Totem ed altre partiture” exhibition is inaugurated at the “Carcere del Sant’Uffizio”. Here, Gribaudo exhibits the complete series of Logogrifi in lime-tree wood (1980) and some works from the “Teatri della memoria” series, especially those produced in the Eighties, including some more recent works, the last of which, representing the gothic “Ponte delle Torri”, was especially created in homage of the city of Spoleto. The Piedmont Region dedicates an anthology to Gribaudo’s works at the “Sala Bolaffi” (October-November). He is once again invited to the “Salon des Artistes Naturalistes 1999” in Paris (October-November) and to the “Animal” exhibition at the “Musée Bourdelle” in Paris (September), where he exhibits his Artist’s Book Coccinelle.
