Biography 2002

A personal exhibition is held at the “Torre della Filanda” in Rivoli. He takes part in a joint travelling exhibition “Appunti allo Stadio 90” exhibiting works on the theme of football in Italian Art during the Twentieth Century, which is held in Rome (at the “Palazzo delle Esposizioni”), then in Seoul, Yokohama, Istanbul and Athens. This is followed by the travelling exhibition “Kaleidoscope, Swatch Atene” (in June) and the personal exhibition “Ex chiesa di San Giuseppe” in Asti (September). A personal exhibition is held at the “Ex Chiesa di San Giuseppe”in Asti (September to October 13th 2002), with a catalogue containing texts by Paolo Conte, Eugenio Guglielminetti and Emiliano Serra, the “Maestro” of the Asti Palio. He designs the hangings for the Palio of Asti’s 36th edition. He has another personal exhibition at the “Fògola Galleria Dantesca” in Turin exhibiting water colours and collages, the catalogue being introduced by Elvira D’Amicone (October 1st to 24th). He exhibits “I Teatri della memoria” at the “Galleria Bellinzona” in Milan with a catalogue introduction by Eugenio Guglielminetti (November-December). He takes part in the joint exhibition “Manifatture Aristocratiche” at “Palazzo Cavour” during the exhibition “Esposizione d’Arte Decorativa Moderna” in Turin (1902-2002), organised by Cristina Morozzi (December to February 2003), exhibiting cages and animals, including a crèche with dinosaurs. Within the framework of the “XI Biennale Internazionale della Xilografia” in Carpi, a special exhibition in Gribaudo’s homage is held, organised by Enzo Di Martino, at which he exhibits logogrifi and is awarded the “Premio Ugo da Carpi 2002”. The book “Tra la poesia e l’impegno” by Michele L. Straniero, from the “disgnodiverso”, series is illustrated by Logogrifi produced by Gribaudo during the years going from 1965 to 1966 with an introduction by Gianni Vattimo.
