Biography 1975

At a personal exhibition held at the “Michaud” Gallery in Florence, Gribaudo exhibits a number of recent works, consisting of a number of materials, white on white or white and silver or gold graphics from the “Zodiaco” series, whereas “Logogrifi” in polystyrene and unpublished white and gold graphic work from the “Safari lettrista” series (which attract him more and more these years), are exhibited at the “Mutina” Gallery in Modena. The catalogue’s introduction is by Poetess Marisa Zoni. Her words introduce the catalogues at personal exhibitions held at the “Galleria l’Argentario” in Trent and the Urbino “Galleria dell’Aquilone” where Gribaudo exhibits graphics and logogrifi taken from all his recent series, “Farfalla”, “Zodiaco” and “Safari lettrista”. At the “Davico” Gallery in Turin, he exhibits a series of paintings dedicated to the Jordan city of Petra, which he had recently visited. The technique used to produce these works is highly innovative: typographical inks and, once again, gold and sands on linen paper. “Egitto 3000 a.C.” is the subject for about fifteen paintings on canvas exhibited at the “La Maggiolina” Gallery in Alessandria (catalogue introduced by Silvio Curto). “Fratelli Pozzo” Editors bring out the book “Lo scultore di carta”, a real Artist’s Book with 23 logogrifi and 46 poems (two per picture) by Marisa Zoni. He takes part at the “Mostra del Disegno”, held on occasion of the “IV Triennale dell’Adriatico” exhibition in Civitanova Marche. He sets up a “two-man show” with Gianni Arde, “Arde-Gribaudo”, at the “La Cittadella” Gallery in Turin. Some of his works are also exhibited at the “Sculture + Campagna = Habitat Naturale” exhibition at the Caderago Pro Loco in Como.
